Ashley is a Pittsburgh improvisor and one of my favorite people ever. This episode is a talk about anxiety, depression, and how we deal with it. We discuss going to parties and having awkward conversations, and the ins and outs of managing our daily lives. Ashley reveals some things about growing up in Alabama, touching on the hard times she had with her family and how it effected her today. We talk about her first time ever as a thespian in the 6th grade. We talk deeply about the times we mostly get in our heads and putting things/people on pedestals. (I’ve done that myself.) This was a really great talk about our mental health and also clearing our minds into the new year. I love talking to Ashley and I hope you'll enjoy!
