Acting in Improv!

This workshop focuses on improving your range as a performer. This includes: confidence, character, and grounding your improv to make it funny.

MARCY JARREAU is a performer and faculty member at Upright Citizens Brigade. Marcy became a house team performer at UCBNY and then continued on at UCBLA, she can currently be seen performing weekly with Search History. She proudly boasts being a member of FIVE HAROLD TEAMS and performing at least 2,000 Harolds. Marcy's screen credits include Comedy Bang! Bang! (IFC), The Birthday Boys (IFC), Adam Ruins Everything (TruTV), Throwing Shade (TVLand), Loosely Exactly Nicole (MTV) and feature films The To Do List and The Last Word. She also wrote, starred in, and produced the short film Relationship Goals in 2015. Marcy Jarreau loves ghosts.

Marcy will also perform right after the workshop as a special guest of THE UNPLANNED COMEDY PLAYERS.
